I made these the other day and was pretty happy with myself. not only are they beautiful but they were so yummy. next time i have people over i am going to make them. ...and did i mention they were sooo easy?

Ooooh yum! You have to post the recipe! I love cream puffs and haven't had homemade ones since my wedding. I'd love to make them again!!
