....and some more!!!

Dylon is busy with school, fiddling and being a BOY (anything that has to do with dinosaurs, power rangers, swords, etc...) He has also really enjoyed learning how to snowboard which he's picked up quickly. This is his third year skiing and thought that he was ready to try something new. i don't think he's for sure decided which one he likes best but he's actually really awesome at both.

He is still practicing away on his little fiddle and doing a great job! He is currently getting ready for anoter big show on March 8th and also preparing for a fiddle contest in may. He has his heart set on winning a BIG trophy. We'll see. Keep practicing Dylon!

He just read an entire book to me all by himself!!! This is what we've been working towards and he's doing great. It's so fun to see him accomplish big things like that, but it's sad too because it means he's growing up. (he's already lost 3 teeth!) OH! and he can tie his own shoes now!

I do have to add that he is by far the BEST big brother. He loves his little sisters soooo much and is such a big help. He holds preslee when i am busy with cooking and cleaning, and he loves trying to teach cadence new things. he wants her to know how to do everything he does. he always talks about how he knows it's inportant to set a good example for them. He's so grown up!
.....one last note: we had dylon tested today for food allergies. the doctor said that five years with ecsema may be linked to a food intolerance, and cadence having a nut allergy just increases the chances of him also having a food allergy... it could be sad to find out that he is allergic to something he enjoys, but good to finally stop all that itching!
