so after treking up the sand dunes we wanted to cool off in the lake. when we got there we were wondering why there was no one there swimming besides us, but glad to have the beach to ourselves. after we had all dunked ourselves someone came over and told us that there was a sign saying "swim at your own risk", because there was a a chance you could get swimmers itch! oops. well , we figured we were already all wet and continued having fun but scrubbed really well in the camp showers afterward. everyone was just fine.
